Basically, we differentiate between 2 variants depending on the arrangement of the lifting columns:

ZSL (two-column lift) as a freight elevator with a front basket

The ZSL is the first choice when it comes to the one-sided, space-saving arrangement of the lifting columns.

The ZSL is a freight elevator with 2 lifting columns on which a conveyor cage, a platform or a user-specific device (support frame, lifting frame) rises. The lifting columns are arranged in pairs on the long side of the conveyor cage. The ZSL has a payload of up to 1500 kg and can be designed for lifting heights of up to 12 m.

A large variety of conveyor baskets with a cantilever of up to 1,7 m and a length of 4 m is possible. As a rule, these are so-called "raised floor baskets", ie the conveyor cage platform consists of a torsion-resistant support frame that is approx. 90 mm high. As with all of our column lifts, the conveyor cage is always completely fenced. The cage reinforcement is standard 1100 mm high with a filling made of stable welded mesh. Basket access doors are possible on the 3 open sides and are arranged according to the user. Of course, they are connected to the lift control with limit switch protection. Larger cage enclosures are also possible in a variety of ways, right up to a complete conveyor cage.

The ZSLq is the preferred variant for all installation situations where only very limited horizontal forces can be introduced into the building structure.

The pair of lifting columns is arranged in such a way that the conveyor cage slides up between these two. The device is better balanced this way. The ZSLq also has a payload of up to 1500 kg and can be designed for lifting heights of up to 12 m.

As a rule, these are so-called "raised floor baskets", ie the conveyor cage platform consists of a torsion-resistant support frame that is approx. 90 mm high. As with all of our column lifts, the conveyor cage is always completely fenced. The cage reinforcement is as standard 1100 mm high with a filling made of stable welded mesh. Basket access doors are possible on the front and back and are arranged according to the user. Of course, they are connected to the lift control with limit switch protection. Larger cage enclosures are also possible in a variety of ways, right up to a complete conveyor cage.

As a standard, the ZSL is completely enclosed as a self-running lift system. On each floor, it has the corresponding floor doors as well as all the necessary fixed enclosures made of machine safety grids. The storey doors are integrated into the system via an electric safety lock and can only be opened when the conveyor cage is in front of it.
