    Technical Drafter / Product Designer (m/f/d) Mechanical Engineering

    Department: Design / Product Development

    To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Technical Drafter / Product Designer (m/f/d) in the field of mechanical engineering to join our team. In this role, you will support our design team in the development and implementation of bespoke freight elevator systems for industry, manufacturing and logistics..

    Our systems are used throughout Europe and enable companies to transport materials safely and efficiently between multiple levels..

    Your responsibilities

    • Creating technical drawings and 3D models of our freight elevators

    • Producing manufacturing drawings and parts lists

    • Supporting the design team in developing new product solutions

    • Adapting existing designs to project-specific requirements

    • Technical coordination with design, production and project management

    • Maintenance and further development of the technical documentation

    Your profile

    • Qualification as a technical draftsman, technical product designer or equivalent

    • Experience in mechanical or plant engineering would be an advantage

    • Proficiency in CAD systems (e.g. SolidWorks, Inventor or similar programmes)

    • Technical understanding and spatial reasoning skills

    • A structured and meticulous approach to work

    Service technician / fitter for freight elevators (m/f/d)

    Department: Installation / Service

    To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Service technician / Installer (m/f/d) to install and commission our freight elevators for industry, manufactoring and logisticsIn this role, you will play a key part in installing our systems at customers’ premises and ensuring their reliable operation.

    Our freight elevators are used throughout Europe and enable companies to transport materials safely and efficiently between multiple levels..

    Your responsibilities

    • Assembly and installation of our freight elevator systems at the customer's premises

    • Assistance with commissioning and functional testing of the systems

    • Carrying out maintenance and service work

    • Diagnosting and rectifying technical malfunctions

    • Documenting service visits

    • Close collaboration with design, project management and customers

    Your profile

    • Completed technical training (e.g. mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, electrician or similar))

    • Experience in mechanical or plant engineering would be an advantage

    • Good manual dexterity and technical understanding

    • Willingness to travel for installation assignments

    • Ability to work independently and reliably

    • Friendly manner when dealing with customers

    To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Internal sales representative (m/f/d) in technical sales. In this role, you will support our customers in the planning and selection of bespoke freight elevators for industry and logistics.

    You will oversee projects from the initial enquiry through to the preparation of quotations and work closely with the design and project management teams.

    Your responsibilities

    • Processing of customer inquiries regarding freight elevators and material lifts

    • Preparing and finalising technical quotations

    • Supporting the field service team with project management

    • Providing technical advice to customers and prospective clients

    • Collaborating with the design and project management teams

    • Maintaining customer and project data

    Your profile

    • Completed commercial or technical training

    • Technical understanding, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering

    • Experience in technical sales would be an advantage

    • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach

    • A structured and independent working style

    • Proficiency in standard Office applications
